About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training Manager to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee development and skilled in aligning learning initiatives with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs across departments and job functions.
- Design and implement engaging training programs and instructional materials.
- Conduct effective in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training supports overall company objectives.
- Manage training schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with training standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
