Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Lead a dynamic team of ServiceNow Training Sales Associates
- Directly support the global sales team across the end-to-end training sales cycle for our customers and partners. Interface with serviceNow Customers.
- Review requests for Order Forms for accuracy and completeness
- Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively across multiple internal teams to include sales, sales operations, expert services, partners and customer success.
- Evangelise Servicenow university externally & with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5 plus years in a leadership role (preferably, sales and consulting with enterprise-level customers. Or something similar
- Located in Hyderabad, India (office)
- Able to read/write English
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with a CRM system
- Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories
- Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize to meet business needs
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Team Player with a positive attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
