Strategic talent advisory and partnership to plan, supervise and executive all hiring / program hiring initiatives in line with business requirements / manpower budget.
- Plan, develop and execute batch hiring programs in line with business needs / budget. Be in contact with key stakeholders and keep them updated on the progress of the program(s).
- Review hiring proposal prepared by team and ensure adherence to recruitment policies / process operating instructions (POI).
- Lead the talent acquisition process which includes recruitment activities, job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, testing, interview scheduling and negotiating with candidates, to fill vacant slots for respective functions while actively handling senior level roles within the specified TAT.
- Liaise with respective stakeholders to analyze hiring need and maintain a constant talent pipeline for the assigned portfolio through advising and strategic partnership with the talent sourcing team for constant search of right talent from the industry using various sourcing mediums.
- Talent advisory and strategic partnership with the senior management and Head Talent Acquisition for senior and C-level roles i.e., headhunting the right candidate from the industry till the closure of the selected incumbent.
- Providing support on compensation analysis whilst also recommending compensation packages to Head Talent Acquisition, keeping in view internal parity and market benchmarks
- Update internal clients on recruitment status.
- Interviewing candidates and assessing suitability as per job requirements
- Liaise with Unit Head of Sourcing, Project, and Experience with respect to the assistance / guidance during the projects’ life cycle (where required).
- Demonstrate team player abilities and skills.
- Effectively mentor and guide team members to ensure increased productivity whilst ensuring development of assigned resources
- Support new projects and initiatives
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in HR (preferred)
Minimum experience:
- 10 – 12 years of relevant experience.
