We’re looking for experienced Upwork Bidders to join our team on a remote basis.
This role is an hourly contract starting with a 3–4 day paid trial to ensure a good fit. If successful, it can turn into an ongoing opportunity.

- Write and submit effective proposals on Upwork
- Communicate with potential clients in a professional manner
- Track and maintain bidding activity and results
- Collaborate with the team to align proposals with company goals

- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in freelance marketplaces
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to tailor proposals to client needs
- Organized and consistent in follow-ups
