We are seeking a part-time, remote B2B Cold-Calling Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to generate new business, nurturing warm leads, and arranging walkthroughs/discovery calls with prospects provided by our lead-generation team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Nurture warm leads and arrange walkthrough/demo calls.
- Join pre-scheduled calls with prospects generated by our lead-generation team.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to move them through the pipeline.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred).
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Sales closing or inside sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Employment Details
- Employment Type: Independent contractor (part-time to start, option to grow full-time).
- Location: 100% remote – work from anywhere in Pakistan with a stable internet connection.
- Working Hours: Primarily US Eastern Time overlap (≈ 8 pm–1 am PKT) for live walkthroughs/demo calls. Follow-up tasks can be done flexibly.
