Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Parts Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations in the performance automotive parts industry. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of automotive parts (especially aftermarket and performance products), and the ability to manage product listings and support tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise performance parts listings on e-commerce platforms
- Research and source high-demand automotive products and suppliers
- Ensure accuracy in product data, descriptions, pricing, and compatibility information
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and vendor communications
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications and availability
- Assist in order processing, tracking, and resolution of logistics issues
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for pricing and product opportunities
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks related to product catalog management
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry
- Solid understanding of automotive parts (especially performance or aftermarket components)
- Proficiency with online selling platforms such as eBay, or Amazon
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail, strong organisational and research skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
