Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and video calls.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with precision and professionalism.
- Engage warmly and confidently with clients on camera while maintaining a professional appearance in western attire.
- Educate clients about our skincare services, treatments, and retail products; assist in upselling where appropriate.
- Handle client concerns or inquiries promptly, ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records in EMR systems and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Support daily operational tasks including virtual check-ins, payment processing, and reporting.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Location: Pakistan (Remote, must have high-speed internet and a quiet professional workspace).
- Appearance: Well-groomed, confident on camera, with a professional demeanor and fluent English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years in administrative, customer service, or reception roles (experience in healthcare/aesthetics is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and appointment scheduling software (experience with Vagaro or EMR systems a plus).
- Sales mindset with the ability to confidently recommend products and services.
