We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and customizing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins, with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and clean code.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features and functionality in WordPress.
- Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to turn designs into functional websites.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or issues.
- Optimize websites for SEO and performance.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with theme development from scratch or using page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, ACF, and other major plugins.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with REST APIs and headless WordPress.
- Familiarity with SEO principles.
- Basic understanding of website hosting and domain management.
