Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (Pakistan)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT
Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 (base) + commission on every conversion (percentage varies based on deal size and other factors)

Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and convert potential clients for our staffing services. You'll play a key role in driving business growth through outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Identification & Outreach
- Extract accurate client data (emails, phone numbers, etc.) using lead generation tools
- Reach out to prospective clients via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email marketing
- Maintain a strong understanding of target industries such as IT, healthcare, and finance
Engagement & Follow-up
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to maintain client interest and engagement
- Onboard clients and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team
Meetings & Sales Presentations
- Schedule and lead initial calls with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Present tailored staffing solutions that align with client expectations
- Prepare proposals and effectively communicate our value proposition
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business development goals
- Handle contract discussions, deal closures, and client onboarding
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to adjust approach
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in lead generation, business development, or sales with mandatory experience in staffing and recruitment industry for the US market.
- Staffing and Recruitment Understanding: Must have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and client acquisition in the US staffing industry
- Tools & Skills:
- Proficiency in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data extraction platforms
- Skilled in preparing and delivering professional sales presentations
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales Acumen: Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals
- Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently and delivering results remotely
- Bonus: Prior experience in recruitment or identity verification is a plus
