Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Adoption Associate to join our team at CureMD. This position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing user experiences and driving digital transformation through technology. The Digital Adoption Associate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing in-app guidance content such as walkthroughs, tooltips, announcements, and onboarding task lists to support seamless user engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Build, edit, and optimize DAP elements including walkthroughs, onboarding task lists, in-app announcements (e.g., ShoutOuts), surveys, and contextual tooltips.
Draft content scripts or storyboards with clear instructional text tailored to user roles and tasks.
Follow internal style guides, accessibility best practices, and naming conventions to ensure consistency and clarity.
Support intake, prioritization, and planning of new content requests based on user needs, feedback, or product changes.
Collaborate with domain experts to validate process accuracy and ensure content reflects up-to-date system workflows.
Perform regular audits and maintenance of live content to ensure ongoing relevance and performance.
Conduct thorough quality assurance testing across supported browsers, screen sizes, and user roles.
Simulate user behavior to identify potential errors, test logic paths, and validate goal tracking.
Ensure content adheres to privacy/security standards and does not expose sensitive information.
Coordinate publishing of approved content to the correct environment and user segments.
Manage visibility rules, auto-play conditions, and content grouping within the DAP menu or launcher interface.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and assist in post-launch verification.
Use analytics dashboards to monitor usage, completion rates, and drop-off points.
Summarize insights and recommend content improvements based on engagement and effectiveness.
Assist in compiling impact reports for stakeholders and governance reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Data Analytics).
0-1 years of experience in Digital Adoption or a similar role.
Experience with digital tools for user support and enablement, such as a Learning Management System (LMS), knowledge base, chatbot, or in-app help system.
Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (EHR, CRM, or ERP systems preferred).
Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear, user-friendly instructions.
Exposure to Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) such as WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo, or similar is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving user experience.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable enhancements.
Ability to work in US timings.
