Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify UK-based businesses that would benefit from digital marketing services.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls daily to generate interest, set appointments, and close deals.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client goals, diagnose pain points, and position tailored digital marketing packages as solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive pitches over phone, email, and video calls.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close high-ticket contracts.
- Client Handover: Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions, revenue targets).
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor activity, digital marketing trends, and changes in the UK business landscape.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or technology services.
- Cold Calling Proficiency: Comfortable with high outbound call volumes and skilled at building rapport quickly.
- Sales Performance: Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and closing high-ticket deals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English with the ability to present confidently to business owners and decision-makers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, lead generation tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Mindset: Goal-driven, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of UK Market: Understanding of the unique needs and behaviours of UK SMEs and industries.
