- Lead all digital marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on business lead generation and conversion.
- Build and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other channels focused on B2C and SMB lead generation.
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven growth strategies.
- Define and track key KPIs with a focus on cost-per-lead (CPL), lead quality, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Optimize campaigns continuously using analytics and insights to maximize ROI.
- Build Aupod’s digital voice and collaborate with content creators/designers to deliver engaging, conversion-driven campaigns.
- Lead A/B testing for messaging, landing pages, and ad creatives to improve lead capture and conversion rates.
- Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing with overall business growth objectives.
- Build and scale a small marketing team over time, as the business grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a FinTech, SaaS, or product-based environment.
- Proven track record of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and email automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead nurturing strategies, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead marketing strategy and execution from the ground up.

- Knowledge of the Australian tax landscape or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Startup or SaaS growth marketing experience is a big plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
