What is Head Corporate Account Management?
The Head Corporate Account Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for enabling high-performance business outcomes through structured operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making. Acting as a key partner, this role ensures that enterprise sales performance is underpinned by robust support structures, actionable insights, and cohesive cross-functional collaboration. The function plays a central role in turning data into strategy, aligning resources with business goals, and creating scalable systems that fuel growth.
The role reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales and leads Regional Managers across the country.
What does the Head Corporate Account Management do?
- Define and drive national strategic direction for LA management.
- Oversee performance across key KPIs: Recovery aging, Churn management, Product penetration, and Revenue growth.
- Enable consistency and excellence in LA management across all regions.
- Lead engagements with top-tier clients and institutional partners.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Experience.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive account profiling, driving deeper product usage.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head Corporate Account Management?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a proven track record of strategy design and national execution.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven capability in stakeholder management, team leadership, and performance tracking.
- Experience in managing and leading geographically dispersed teams.
