What is Manager Organization Development?
The Manager Organization Development will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and a strong employer brand. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling Deodar’s people agenda by ensuring alignment between the organization’s values and its talent development practices. The incumbent will collaborate across functions to create scalable and sustainable interventions in the areas of Learning & Development, Culture Transformation, and Employer Branding.
What does ‘Manager Organization’ do?
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee digital learning platforms (including Udemy and Coursera), (optional) ensuring high adoption and relevance.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to conduct training needs analysis and deliver targeted development programs.
- Roll out leadership development tracks and capability-building interventions across various career levels.
- Ensure measurement of training effectiveness through defined KPIs such as learning hours per employee and post-learning impact.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen Deodar’s cultural values and embed them across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead employee engagement survey execution and coordinate with stakeholders on post-survey action planning.
- Partner with business units to build inclusive and psychologically safe work environments.
- Support the design and execution of recognition programs and team-building initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale and belonging.
- Develop and execute the annual employer branding strategy in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Talent Acquisition team.
- Lead the management of external platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Instagram to enhance brand presence.
- Create content aligned with Deodar’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to highlight internal success stories and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as employer brand reach, engagement rates, and brand perception scores.
Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Organization Development?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven exposure to Learning & Development, Organizational Culture, and Employer Branding.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning technologies, and program evaluation.
- Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Gallup, Culture Amp), branding platforms, and content creation tools
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis/reporting.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.
- L&D program participation and completion rates.
- eNPS and engagement index improvements.
- Employer brand visibility and sentiment metrics.
- Learning impact assessments and ROI.
