What is Product Specialist – A2P & Digital Platforms?
The Product Specialist – A2P & Digital Platforms supports the end-to-end commercial and operational delivery of A2P messaging and related digital services. The role is execution-focused, involving regular performance reporting, partner management, pricing support, and solution delivery. Working directly with the Stream Head, the Specialist plays a key role in enabling Jazz's B2B growth through data, product execution, and cross-functional coordination.
What does the Product Specialist – A2P & Digital Platforms do?
Key Responsibilities:
· Monthly Performance Reporting & KPI Tracking
· Prepare and maintain monthly dashboards and reports on revenue, usage, and performance indicators.
· Analyze data trends and highlight key insights to support business reviews.
· Vendor & Customer Coordination
· Act as a liaison with vendors and enterprise clients for day-to-day operational follow-ups, issue tracking, and escalations.
· Ensure timely sharing of updates, deliverables, and performance reports.
· Pricing & Commercial Analysis
· Assist in the development and maintenance of pricing models and proposals.
· Conduct benchmarking and margin analysis to support business cases.
· Product Lifecycle Support
· Coordinate end-to-end solution delivery with technology, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
· Maintain product documentation and process trackers to ensure timely execution.
· Business Cases & New Product Development
· Contribute to ideation and development of new use cases and enhancements for A2P or digital products.
· Internal Enablement & Trainings
· Prepare presentation decks for senior management and external partner reviews.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in product management, commercial analysis, partnerships, or a similar role—preferably in telecom, SaaS, or digital services.
· Strong analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
· Basic understanding of telecom value chains or enterprise messaging platforms is a plus.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
