Job Title: QA Executive / MTO (Quality Assurance)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: MSc in Food Science, Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry
Experience: Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in Quality Assurance operations within the Food & Beverage industry
- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation (SOPs, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL)
- Support internal audits and compliance with food safety standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000)
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000)
- Familiarity with laboratory testing methods and quality control procedures
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
