We are an ambitious software and AI solutions company seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder to help drive our business growth. This Remote role combines researching and qualifying new business opportunities with daily bidding on platforms like Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Upwork Bidding & Client Engagement:
· Proactively monitor Upwork and other freelance platforms for relevant projects.
· Write customized, persuasive proposals that clearly highlight our tech expertise and value proposition.
· Maintain consistent daily bidding activity with a focus on quality and conversion.
· Respond promptly to client queries, build rapport, and schedule follow-ups.
· Coordinate with the tech and project teams to stay updated on services, timelines, and project scopes.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in freelance bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
· Strong research skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to write clear, tailored proposals quickly and effectively.
· Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
· Eagerness to learn about AI, software development, and emerging automation trends.
Nice to Have:
· Previous experience working with a software agency, tech startup, or IT service provider.
· General understanding of custom software solutions, AI products, or SaaS.
· Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Slack, HubSpot or similar is plus.
