We are seeking a motivated and energetic Upwork Sales & Client Engagement Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about the freelance marketplace and want to kick-start their career in sales and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and submit compelling proposals on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Identify potential clients and job opportunities based on company services.
- Communicate with international clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
- Follow up with clients and maintain a healthy communication flow.
- Maintain and update bidding trackers and client communication records.
- Assist in closing deals by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr platforms.
- Confident and proactive approach to learning and sales.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Familiarity with IT services like Web Development, Graphic Design, Mobile Apps, etc., is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
