Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. As an Amazon VA, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Amazon store to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
· Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and keywords.
· Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate product availability.
Order Management:
· Process and track orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders.
Market Research:
· Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Research keywords and product niches for optimal listing performance.
Customer Service:
· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Manage product reviews and feedback to maintain a positive seller reputation.
Advertising and Promotions:
· Assist with setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
· Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements.
Reporting:
· Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
· Provide regular updates on inventory status and sales trends.
Qualifications:
· Experience with Amazon Seller Central or related e-commerce platforms.
· Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Proficient in data analysis and using spreadsheets.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Understanding of Softwares (Helium 10, JS, Keepa, Sellerboard)
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with Amazon FBA and shipping logistics.
· Experience with graphic design tools for product images (e.g., Canva, Billo).
· Knowledge of Amazon policies and compliance regulations.
