Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager Learning & Organisational Development, you will provide administrative planning, coordination, and logistics support to the learning team. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, materials, and events. Your goal will be to ensure that our training programmes are engaging and run smoothly.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing training needs to develop new training programmes or modify and improve existing programs.
- Support the design and delivery of development programmes to various levels, using appropriate delivery methods & tools for learning effectiveness
- Carry out special projects pertaining to L&OD as and when required.
- Regularly reviewing training materials, making updates based on organisational needs.
- Support the Senior Manager with the delivery of department and organisational goals
- Maintain all training data, including but not limited to master lists, learning requirements, delegate registration, attendance, pre- & post-learning outcomes, and certificates related to training.
- Support in managing learning calendars, portals, and communication of training events
- Ensure all information needed for reports is prepared and submitted as per the SLA, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Prepare learning agreements in collaboration with the respective learning coordinator.
- Coordinate, schedule, and deliver AKU orientation programmes to support the onboarding of new joiners.
- Any other assignment given by the supervisor or the department head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's) with a specialization in Learning and Development.
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, including the ability to write reports.
- Must come across as a dynamic, positive person.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability and flexibility to interact with faculty and staff at all levels within the Institution.
- Organisational skills and the ability to plan and manage time effectively.
