What is an Associate Solution Design?
The Associate – Solution Design is a project-based contractual role within the JazzCash Technology Team, responsible for designing and documenting digital financial solutions that address both internal operational needs and external partner requirements. This role plays a pivotal part in translating business objectives into actionable system designs through collaborative engagement with internal stakeholders and partner ecosystems.
The position supports the successful execution of critical projects such as UBP integrations, disbursement flows, pricing configurations, and functional documentation—ensuring alignment with JazzCash’s platform architecture and compliance standards.
What does Associate Solution Design do?
· UBP Integrations & Migrations:
Support integration and migration efforts for Utility Bill Payment systems to enable seamless third-party biller connectivity on a unified and scalable platform.
· Disbursement Integrations:
Design and coordinate disbursement solutions that allow automated, secure, and scalable fund transfers between JazzCash and partner platforms.
· FRS Preparation for New Use Cases:
Collaborate with business teams to prepare comprehensive Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) for emerging use cases, including process flows, system behaviors, and interface specifications.
· Back Office & CPS Configurations:
Assist in configuring Back Office and Channel Pricing System (CPS) settings to ensure correct entitlement definitions, pricing logic, and service behavior across digital touchpoints.
· Technical Documentation:
Contribute to the documentation project by creating and maintaining detailed technical and functional artifacts to support cross-team collaboration and future scalability.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
Engage with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure proposed designs are feasible, scalable, and compliant with regulatory standards.
· Quality Assurance Support:
Provide clarification on requirements during development and testing stages, ensuring alignment between business needs and system delivery.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Associate Solution Design?
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in product development, solution design, system analysis, or a related domain within the fintech or digital services sector.
· Hands-on experience with functional documentation (FRS, BRD, process maps).
· Familiarity with integration flows, APIs, system design principles, and digital platform architecture.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and coordination abilities to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset toward improving documentation and processes.
