Hashe is a fast-growing software house providing IT services and solutions to international clients. We are seeking a Business Developer who is motivated, confident, and driven to generate international business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads via platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other business channels.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts to achieve growth targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
- Provide regular progress and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience as a Business Developer or Sales Executive in a software house/IT industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets independently.
- Knowledge of international markets and freelancing platforms.
- Highly self-motivated and result-oriented.
Compensation
- 1-Month Trial Period: Commission-based only.
- After Successful Trial: Fixed salary + performance-based commissions.
