We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as the Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Analyze data to assess the success of business strategies and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate follow-ups on leads, meetings, and business discussions to ensure progress.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
