We are on an exciting journey of transformation and ambitious growth. To support this, we're expanding our commercial department and actively seeking a dynamic Business Executive.
In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the telecom and VAS fields working closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers who are dedicated to revolutionize the VAS, gaming, and overall digital footprint of companies in Pakistan.

What You Will Be Doing:
Solution Design & Validation (25%)
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate proposed solutions against business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analyses to evaluate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Product Development (30%)
- Conduct analysis on existing and potential digital products, assessing their performance and market fit.
- Provide recommendations for product enhancements or new product development based on market research and customer feedback.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flows, to communicate project objectives and deliverables effectively.
Testing & Quality Assurance (10%)
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate with QA teams to execute testing activities, identify defects, and facilitate resolution to ensure successful project implementation.
Analytics (20%)
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Business Development & Stakeholder Management (15%)
- Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BI.
- Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello and Hubspot.
