Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced BDR for the local market (Pakistan) to handle inbound/outbound calls, meetings, and closing business with local clients. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of the software, marketing, or creative services industry.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and follow up consistently.
Make outbound calls and emails to generate new business.
Conduct in-person and online sales meetings with potential clients.
Build long-term relationships and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain CRM records, prepare proposals, and assist in contract closing.
Requirements:
2–3+ years of sales experience in the Pakistani market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with the software/marketing/agency industry is preferred.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline management
