Job Description:
- Complaint Ticket Management: Follow up and resolve complaint tickets within TAT.
- Technical Activity: Manage technical activities related to complaint resolution.
- Audit and Quality Control: Conduct repeat complaint redo check-ups and root cause identification.
- Corrective Action: Suggest corrective actions to R&D.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center.

- Effective communication.

- Technical proficiency.
