- Customer Assistance:
- Greet customers and understand their security needs.
- Provide detailed information about CCTV products, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and related accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and functionality to customers.
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer requirements and budget.
- Prepare and provide quotations.
- Assist in processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Explain the technical specifications and benefits of CCTV systems.
- Offer basic troubleshooting tips and advice on installation.
- Stay updated on the latest CCTV technologies and trends. Showroom Management:
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the showroom. Post-Sales Support:
- Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales assistance.
- Coordinate with the technical team for installation or servicing when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to meet sales targets.
