CCTV Technician & Monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Checking playback recording to view activities and report accordingly.
• Monitoring staff arrival timings and reporting any deviations from the expected schedule.
• Keeping track of the opening and closing times of all Fresh Basket outlets and noting any deviations.
• Taking pictures and videos in case of any incidents or offenses and reporting them immediately.
• Maintaining daily reports of all Fresh Basket outlet activities, including any offense or maintenance works.
• Install, configure, and test CCTV and surveillance systems including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
• Identifying and reporting any unusual goods movement by staff during the opening and closing timings of the Fresh Basket outlets.
• Run and terminate cables (coaxial, Cat5e/Cat6) and ensure clean, professional installations.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV systems including video loss, image distortion, and connectivity issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or related field preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CCTV equipment and software preferred but not required.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
