Ace Brands is hiring a Customer Satisfaction Executive to connect with guests who share feedback after visiting or ordering from Popeyes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out, understanding concerns, and ensuring every guest feels heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers who leave reviews or submit complaints.
- Listen attentively and respond with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate internally to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
- Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction and close the loop.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, not a must.
