TAKMIL provides accelerated education to out-of-school children (5–16 years) in underserved communities. We’re now developing an AI and digital skills program to equip students with practical, employable skills — from AI literacy to no-code tools and prompt engineering.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Donor Reporting Lead to take ownership of preparing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations for donors. This role requires strong skills in data analysis, report writing, PowerPoint presentations, and proposal development. The ideal candidate will transform program data into clear, engaging narratives that highlight Takmil’s impact, ensuring donors are well-informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from Takmil’s OOSC school network.
- Prepare donor reports that combine quantitative data with qualitative insights.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for donor meetings and briefings.
- Collaborate with program teams to gather success stories, case studies, and visual content.
- Develop concept notes and proposals in alignment with donor requirements.
- Maintain reporting timelines and ensure all submissions meet donor and organizational standards.
- Participate in donor calls and present program updates as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in donor reporting, M&E, or data analysis for development projects.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis) and MS PowerPoint (professional design).
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex data.
- Experience in proposal writing and donor engagement.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of education sector programs, especially those targeting OOSC.
- Familiarity with donor reporting formats and compliance requirements.
