Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Excel Expert who has in-depth knowledge of advanced Excel formulas and functions. The ideal candidate will handle complex data tasks, create reports, and streamline data processes to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage complex spreadsheets using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, etc.)
- Prepare detailed reports and data summaries
- Develop and manage dashboards for internal use
- Clean, validate, and analyze large data sets
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Automate repetitive tasks using Excel tools (macros knowledge is a plus)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
- Strong command of formulas, data functions, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Charts
- Previous experience working in data management or reporting roles
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be available for night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Karachi-based candidates only (on-site job)
