We are currently seeking a virtual assistant Prior experience with e-commerce websites E bay Ama zon e tsy etc
. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Goal is to increase sales on our well established platforms help clients with their inquiries and customer service
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce websites
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews
- Manage inventory and update product listings
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience with e-commerce websites preferred
