The Department of Radiology offers a comprehensive range of highly sophisticated imaging tests and procedures that are conducted in a welcoming environment that focuses on quality and patient comfort. The diagnostic services are supported by advanced, state-of-the-art technologies like 3T MRI, 640 slice CT, Mammography, Bone density, Nuclear Imaging, Interventional services, general x-rays, etc. The department is dedicated to patient services and imaging excellence through highest professional and technological standards. The department maintains state-of-the-art technology imaging services to provide our physicians and patients with the most accurate, timely and informative results.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

• assist faculty and residents in performing ultrasound and interventional procedures, ensuring proper documentation and availability of prior records.
• read radiology requests, operate ultrasound equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness in procedure rooms as per hospital standards.
• escort and assist patients, provide oral instructions, measure vital signs, and handle patient care tasks like managing bedpans and urinals.
• log procedures, manage ultrasound films/reports, schedule appointments, and handle front desk duties when required.
• stay back after hours or overnight if needed and complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
