Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources in a generalist role. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis skills, excellent English communication, and proven expertise in technical recruitment local and international, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Local & Global Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Data Analysis & Reporting Using HR metrics to generate reports on employee turnover, recruitment, performance, and compensation trends.
- Workforce Planning: Helping forecast hiring needs and skill gaps.
- HR Systems Management: Managing HRIS (e.g., Manatal, MS Dynamics, Workday, Bamboo, Oracle) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Compensation & Benefits Analysis: Assessing pay structures, benefits, and market competitiveness.
- HR Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in HR operations and recommending improvements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring HR policies align with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement & Retention Analysis: Measuring satisfaction, analyzing trends, and suggesting retention strategies.
- HR Best Practices: Benchmark current practices with industry latest best practices in HR.
- Collaborate with management: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and employee retention strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Degree in HR shall be preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience as an HR generalist cum recruitment role.
- End-to-end Recruitment & Selection experience for roles in Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Sales is required, with strong exposure to global hiring, particularly in the U.S. market.
- Experience in developing and measuring HR metrics, HR KPIs, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making shall be preferred.
- Good command on data analytics and tools like Excel, Bi.
- Strong knowledge and experience of all HR functions.
- Strong Critical thinking and problems solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is compulsory required.
- Excellent Emotional Intelligence and Persuasion skills.
- Flexible and committed to work extra hours without any problem and compensation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support leadership in HR strategy execution.
