Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with integrity
.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
