Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (Pakistan-based team, servicing UAE and international clients)

Role Summary
EbsDigital—a hybrid growth and marketing agency headquartered in the UAE—seeks an Influencer Marketing Specialist who already maintains a reliable database of GCC-based creators and has hands-on experience running successful campaigns for UAE brands. You will own the entire influencer workflow—strategy, sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking, and reporting—and must be equally comfortable working with micro (10–100 K), mid-tier, macro (500 K+), and mega (1 M+) influencers.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do Strategy & Planning
- Translate client goals into influencer concepts, KPIs, channel mix, and budgets.
- Map deliverable tiering (micro vs. macro vs. mega) to funnel stage and ROI targets.
- Synchronise influencer plans with paid-media and content calendars so creator assets feed the broader funnel.Creator Sourcing & Vetting• Leverage and expand your existing UAE/GCC database of micro, mid-tier, macro, and mega creators.
- Evaluate audience fit, engagement quality, geographic split, and brand-safety history.Outreach & Negotiation
- Craft personalised outreach and negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and fees for each tier.
- Structure multi-deliverable or longer-term deals where it improves ROI.Campaign Management• Draft creative briefs, manage approvals, coordinate go-live schedules, and monitor content delivery across all influencer tiers.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep campaigns on schedule and budget.Measurement & Reporting
- Track reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and CPA via UTMs, discount codes, or affiliate links—report performance by tier (micro/mid/macro/mega).Process & Documentation
- Build and maintain an influencer SOP detailing sourcing, briefing, legal checks, and performance tracking.
- Keep the influencer database current with pricing, categories, and historical KPIs.
Must Have Qualification:
- Three or more years dedicated to influencer/creator marketing, preferably within an agency.
- Existing, up-to-date database of UAE/GCC influencers spanning micro, mid-tier, macro, and mega categories.
- Documented success running end-to-end campaigns for UAE brands (submit at least two campaign summaries).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills; fluent in disclosure rules and usage-rights contracts in GCC markets.
- Proficiency with tracking and analytics (GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok attribution, UTMs, promo codes).
- Excellent English communication; Arabic an advantage.
- Comfortable managing remote workflows (Teams, Slack)
Nice to Have:
- Experience using influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Aspire, Upfluence, etc.).
- Ability to brief or oversee short-form video edits or basic motion graphics.
- Prior work integrating influencer content into paid-ads and email automation.
