About the Role:
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Expert who will help us attract, qualify, and nurture potential clients. You’ll be responsible for finding and managing new leads, building outreach campaigns, and ensuring our pipeline stays full of high-quality opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads across industries
- Build and manage lead lists using LinkedIn, social media, and databases
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify and segment leads based on set criteria
- Manage and track leads using CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns
- Set up and manage lead nurturing sequences (emails, messages, workflows)
- Report on lead generation performance and optimize strategies
- Stay updated on trends in B2B lead generation and new outreach tools
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation (agency experience preferred)
- Strong research skills to find and validate qualified prospects
- Experience with cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, FB etc.)
- Good communication skills to engage prospects professionally
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Lemlist, Instantly, PhantomBuster, etc.)
- Knowledge of sales funnels and nurturing sequences
- Understanding of digital marketing & agency business models
- Experience working in startup environments
