Job Title: Marketing Officer – Pakistan
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (with national coverage)

- Client Liaison Manager (CLM) – Pakistan
Role Summary
The Marketing Officer will lead local and brand level marketing efforts to build brand visibility and generate quality leads across Pakistan, while supporting campaigns that extend to Nigeria. This includes planning and executing digital and offline campaigns, developing marketing assets, managing social media platforms, and coordinating closely with Client Liaison Officers (CLOs) and other internal teams. The role ensures brand consistency across markets and supports strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and recommend local and regional opportunities for campaigns.
- Collaborate with CLM and CLOs to ensure campaigns support student recruitment and lead generation.
- Execute integrated campaigns (online and offline) that align with brand objectives in both Pakistan and Nigeria.
- Contribute to planning and execution of both ATL and BTL campaigns where required.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, run, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and leads.
- Maintain and grow the social media community through active engagement, content planning, and trend analysis.
- Track and report social media KPIs and ROI for ongoing optimization.
Marketing Content & Brand Management
- Develop and localize content including brochures, banners, emailers, blogs, social media posts, videos, and presentations.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect consistent branding, tone, and style guidelines.
- Support SEO and website content enhancement by aligning with best practices and updating content as needed.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other creatives for high-quality outputs.
Lead Generation & Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with CLOs and CLMs to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Share lead insights and campaign data with the sales and recruitment teams.
- Create nurturing workflows (email/SMS campaigns) to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance (weekly/monthly).
- Report on digital engagement, offline campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and budget utilization.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including CLMs, CLOs, and leadership to align on priorities and feedback.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Support campaign execution in Nigeria in consultation with the respective CLM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital and/or education marketing.
- Strong skills in digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing).
- Experience with design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting tools, and social media insights.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in student recruitment or education consultancy marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and lead nurturing funnels.
- Content creation (writing and editing) and familiarity with video formats.
- Awareness of education industry trends in both Pakistan and Nigeria.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
