Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and procedures, providing accurate results for patient diagnosis and treatment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests including ELISA, blood sampling and assays.
- Conduct venipuncture and collect blood samples.
- Manage laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Follow laboratory procedures and protocols to maintain quality control.
- Analyze and report data accurately and promptly.
- Assist in clinical trials and research projects as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and reagents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, laboratory management and blood banking.
- Experience in conducting laboratory tests and procedures.
- Proficiency in ELISA techniques and venipuncture.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to join our team to contribute to patient care through accurate laboratory testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
