We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Monetization Executive to support our app monetization efforts. With around 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our monetization strategies. You will work with various teams to implement in-app purchases, manage ad placements, and analyze performance data to help drive revenue growth while maintaining a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of monetization strategies for our mobile apps, focusing on in-app purchases, ad placements, and subscription models.
- Monitor and analyze user data and key performance indicators (eCPMs, ARPU, LTV) to identify trends and suggest optimizations.
- Support the execution of A/B tests to refine monetization tactics and improve revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure monetization features are implemented effectively and align with the user experience.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging monetization models to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Prepare regular reports on monetization performance and assist in maintaining dashboards to track key metrics for stakeholders.
- Help ensure all monetization activities comply with app store policies and adhere to company best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in ad monetization or a similar role within the mobile app/gaming industry.
- Proven experience working with monetization tools and ad networks such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, etc.
- Good understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, various ad formats, and mediation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and performance optimization techniques.
- Self-driven and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and improve processes.
- A collaborative team player with good communication skills.
- Disciplined and honest, with a commitment to upholding company policies and quality standards.
