We are a growing services-based business working with international clients. Our process currently involves:
- Bidders applying on projects/jobs
- Sales closers handling calls and securing contracts
- Founder communicating with clients
- Recruiter finding and allocating resources
At present, the founder is managing the full cycle. We are now looking for a reliable and experienced Operations & Client Success Manager to take ownership of this workflow, streamline it, and ensure smooth delivery from lead to project execution.
You will act as the central point of coordination between our bidding, sales, client communication, and recruitment teams. The goal is to take full ownership of managing the pipeline—ensuring proposals are submitted, deals are closed, clients are onboarded, and resources are hired/allocated on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Acquisition & Sales Coordination
- Oversee bidders to ensure proposals are high-quality, timely, and aligned with our service offerings.
- Coordinate with sales closers, track progress, and ensure deals are properly handed over.
- Client Communication & Onboarding
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients after deals are closed.
- Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage expectations, share updates, and maintain trust throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management & Recruitment
- Work with recruiters to identify and hire the right resources for each project.
- Ensure timely allocation of resources without affecting quality or deadlines.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future projects.
- Operations & Reporting
- Track performance of bidders, closers, and recruiters to ensure efficiency.
- Create streamlined workflows and SOPs to reduce dependency on the founder.
- Provide regular reports on deals closed, projects delivered, and team performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end operations in a services or agency business.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, client communication, and recruitment.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Leadership qualities to manage and coordinate different team members (bidders, closers, recruiters).
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past experience in IT services, software development, design, or outsourcing industry.
- Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, or direct client acquisition methods.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, project management tools, or HR systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
