Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Officer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business operations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to streamline processes to optimize productivity.
Key responsibilities & Duties
· Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
· Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
· Project Management: Lead or support various projects aimed at enhancing operational performance, such as system implementations, process improvements, and workflow automation.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment of operational strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks to business operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize liabilities.
· Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to business operations, including data privacy, security, and industry standards.
· Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on operational procedures, tools, and systems to enhance their capabilities and productivity.
· Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, implementing best practices, and fostering innovation within the organization.
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Work Knowledge & Skills
1. Preferred Fresh Graduates, with some relevant field internship experience
2. Knowledge about project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management platforms.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in adapting to new environment and possess a strong ability to quickly acquire new skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
