Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and driven Operations Manager to lead, support, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team of white-collar professionals across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and maintaining an efficient, clean, and productive office environment while ensuring consistent delivery of accurate, timely results with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Hire and onboard both experienced professionals and entry-level talent across departments.
- Identify and recruit individuals with strong potential and a results-oriented mindset.
- Team Management & Development:
- Train, coach, and counsel team members to improve performance and build a reliable team of “A Players.”
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure individual ownership with minimal need for follow-up.
- Address performance issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote a culture of responsibility, communication, and self-motivation.
- Workplace Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and operational office environment.
- Ensure all equipment is functional, nothing is wasted, and no irrelevant or idle resources (including electricity) are used.
- Take ownership of ensuring operational readiness at all times.
- Team Building & Performance:
- Build a results-driven team that delivers fast, accurate, and reliable work.
- Develop team members to take initiative after initial guidance, requiring minimal oversight.
- Foster a work-first attitude, accountability, and clear communication without the need for a fixed job description.
