We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building intuitive, high-impact digital products for millions of users.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager at PakWheels, you will lead one of the product verticals from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to launch products and features that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vertical lifecycle: research, discovery, planning, requirement gathering, and feature delivery.
- Conduct in-depth user and market research to inform product direction, supported by competitor analysis and data-driven insights.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, wireframes, and specifications for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company OKRs and customer needs.
- Define and monitor product success metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, engagement) using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
- Work with marketing and sales to craft compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create strong documentation: business cases, PRDs, and product strategy decks, including revenue impact and ROI assessments.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2C web and mobile product environment.
- Proven success in managing the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, Mixpanel, MoEngage, and Hotjar.
- A strong understanding of digital marketplaces and user behavior.
- Bonus: Experience with search engine marketing (SEM), performance marketing, or product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
