Sumato Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Project Coordinator to lead project execution, coordinate teams, and ensure client deliverables are met with excellence.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination
- Strong command of project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
- Excellent communication, project documentation, and team handling skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution
- Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
- Identify risks and propose solutions for a smoother workflow
- Support the project team with day-to-day operations and task management
