HASHTAG TREND is a growing online fashion brand specializing in women's handbags, shoes, jewelry, and men's watches, perfume, and jewelry. We are looking for a motivated intern to assist in sourcing and purchasing high-quality products from wholesalers and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and selecting fashion products (handbags, shoes, watches, perfumes, and jewelry) from wholesalers.
- Visit wholesale markets and supplier shops to negotiate the best prices and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to finalize purchase decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and supplier agreements.
- Assist in coordinating product deliveries and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing team to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Interest in the fashion industry and e-commerce business.
- Ability to visit local markets and wholesalers as needed.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and supplier coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking purchases.
