Repairs Coordinator (Pakistan – Remote)
Ziprent is a tech-enabled property management company seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join our fully remote team in Pakistan. This role is fast-paced, customer-facing, and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep multiple repair requests moving seamlessly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage repair inboxes and prioritize urgent, time-sensitive, and pending requests to meet service-level agreements.
- Handle inbound repair calls from tenants, vendors, and owners with clear, professional, and empathetic communication; complete same-day callbacks for any missed calls.
- Coordinate vendor dispatch and tenant access, track work orders, and verify completion against Ziprent standards.
- Troubleshoot minor issues when possible and escalate when safety or legal concerns arise.
- Maintain accurate ticket notes for team visibility and follow the Email → SMS → Call escalation process consistently.
- Use internal systems (Front, Dashboard) to assign vendors, update statuses, and close resolved jobs.
- Keep workflow momentum by following up on pending jobs and meeting daily activity targets, including phone time and email volume.
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level spoken English with a completely neutral accent and flawless written grammar.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience serving U.S., UK, or Canadian clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
- Experience in property management, facilities coordination, or vendor dispatch is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
- Fully remote role based in Pakistan.
- Must be available for one of the following shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM PST
- Fixed schedules: Tuesday–Saturday or Thursday–Monday.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1,000.00 - Rs1,500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
