Turnovers Coordinator (Pakistan – Remote)
Ziprent is a tech-powered property management company on the hunt for a Turnovers Coordinator who can bring both energy and precision to our team in Pakistan. If you thrive on juggling details, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed, this role is for you.
This isn’t just about scheduling vendors or ticking boxes — you’ll be the go-to person ensuring every property transition is smooth, stress-free, and delivered to our gold-standard quality. Owners, tenants, and vendors will rely on you to keep everything moving seamlessly and to communicate with clarity and confidence every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and vendors throughout the turnover process.
- Communicate daily with U.S.-based clients over the phone and by email — always with a neutral accent and flawless grammar.
- Review vendor-submitted photos, reports, and invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, escalating only when necessary.
- Keep precise, organized records in our systems so no detail is ever lost.
- Anticipate potential delays or problems and address them proactively to keep schedules on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level spoken English with a completely neutral accent and flawless written grammar.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role serving U.S., UK, or Canadian clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs, scheduling tools, and online platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and an obsession with accuracy.
- Bonus: Experience in property management, hospitality, or vendor coordination.
Schedule & Compensation
- Fully remote role based in Pakistan.
- Must be available during one of these U.S. time blocks:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM PST
- Schedules run Tuesday–Saturday or Thursday–Monday.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1,000.00 - Rs1,500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
