About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Personal Assistant to support a senior executive with workload management, diary coordination, and light dental administrative tasks.
Applicants must have a background in dentistry—such as being a current dental student or a recent dental graduate—as this role involves handling dental-specific workflows and communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, appointment scheduling, reminders, and diarised tasks
- Handle emails, phone messages, and travel/meeting arrangements
- Liaise with clients or healthcare vendors as needed
- Assist with drafting documents, data entry, and conducting basic research
- Perform light dental admin tasks (e.g. transcribing dental reports, following up with patients)
Ideal Candidate
- Current dental student or recent dental graduate (this is a must)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Reliable and comfortable working remotely to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and calendar tools
