These are high-end, fully equipped treatment spaces designed for doctors, dentists, dermatologists, and aesthetic professionals seeking flexible, compliant, and modern workspaces.
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to lead our room rentals and practitioner onboarding in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Rent out treatment rooms and shared clinic spaces to local doctors, aesthetic professionals, and therapists.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct in-person and virtual tours of clinic spaces.
- Build strong relationships with medical professionals and clinic managers in Lahore.
- Stay informed on zoning, licensing, and regulatory compliance relevant to private practice.
- Report progress and manage leads via basic CRM or tracking tools.
Ideal Candidate
- Based in Lahore, with sales experience in either:
- Medical co-working, clinic leasing, hospital marketing, or
- Real estate sales with a healthcare focus.
- Familiar with key medical hubs in Lahore (e.g., DHA, MM Alam Road, Johar Town, Gulberg).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Bonus if you have a network among local doctors or medical reps.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: PKR 50,000/month
- Commission:
